• Week 2: The Set-up 

  • Business structure breaking it down 
  • Business name 
  • Register the business and or trade mark 
  • Get a Tax ID 
  • Determine if you need any additional permits and or additional applications for the business 
  • Insurance if needed (shop around) 
  • Bank account 

   

  Week 3: The Money 

  • Price point services & supplies 
  • How much are you going to invest 
  • Understanding projections and creating a budget 
  • Profit & loss & Expenses understanding 
  • Financial Options (Loan, credit, etc) 
  • Business account that is not your money (Co-mingling) 

   

  Week 4: Branding the company 

  • Target market 
  • Marketing tools 
  • Social Media 

   

  Week 5: Executing Goals 

  • Short Term goals (Weekly & 3 month) 
  • Long Term goals (6-9 months) 

   

  Week 6: Surviving & Thriving in Business 

  • Accountability Partner (mentor) 
  • Setting a schedule to commit to business 
  • Don’t quite your Day Job
