Off Thanksgiving Mock: December 6th THIS CLASS IS ALL IN-PERSON Registration Fee: $150.00 Class Investment: $1100.00 Requirements: Photo ID Transcript (high school, GED or completed college) COVID19 Vaccination Immunization Record (TB 2step, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hep B, Flu)

Nurse Aide I will focus on basic nursing skills, personal care skills, and interpersonal skils. Students will learn how to provide patient care in a variety of settings such as:

• Assisted Living
• Rehabilitation
• In-home
• Hospitals
• Hospice
• Long-term care facilities

A non-refundable registration fee $150.00 is required to reserve a seat is the class.

The remaining balance $950.00 may be set-up on a payment plan.

Please note that if the minimum of 5 students are not registered the class may be cancelled and reschedule at a later date.
