Notes:	All students will learn the basics of IV Therapy. Each student will learn basic anatomy of the vein Describe and demonstrate the proper techniques and documentation for inserting and removing a peripheral IV or heparin lock Discuss common complications of IV, and their associated signs and symptoms. Basic treatment of complications Hands-on practice STUDENTS WILL PERFORM IV STICKS ON EACH OTHER AFTER YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY MASTERED THE SKILLS!!!!! WEAR SCRUBS OR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES TO CLASS (THAT HAS EASY ACCESS TO YOUR ARMS)!
